Shipping Information

Within the 48 Contiguous United States:

Takai By Angela customers enjoy free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more, not including shipping costs and taxes, within the contiguous United States. For all orders totaling less than $100 not including shipping costs and taxes, and shipped to an address within the contiguous United States, the customer can chose from any of the shipping methods provided. We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. In most cases, the stimated shipping time will not exceed 7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping option selected.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses, and US territories:

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and US territories is available for $14.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is 7-9 to business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for $11.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 9-11 business days. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping to these destinations.

Shipping to Canada:

Shipping to Canada is available for $19.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is 9-14 business days. There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or customs. If you haven't received your order after 4 weeks, please contact Customer Service at +1(469) 716 0714 or 972 637 4305, for assistance. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes on the value of the goods purchased, which may be imposed by the Canadian government.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may send it back free of charge. All items must be returned within 30 days from shipment in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s), return label and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, processing time will be severely delayed.

PLEASE NOTE: Our 100% Human Hair, Jewelry including our Swarovski Crystal Purses are termed FINAL SALE MERCHADISE, therefore, it is not eligible for return or exchange

We recommend trying on both shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches in case you decide to return or exchange them. All shoes must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and with original tags still attached. Please note that final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Takai By Angela reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.

Shoe returns and exchange must be presented with the original receipt.

Our shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this considered part of the product.

Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to customer.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered for returns or exchange.

The return and exchange policy applies to all our customers( online, retail and bulk purchases).

Be sure to email a request to for a  Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) within 14days of receiving your order. You will receive an email containing your RMA number which is valid for seven days.

Shoes  returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Unidentified Returns may be sent back to the sender.

An RMA should be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You should then return your shoe(s) within seven days of receiving this number.


We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem the receipt provided is not satisfactory proof of purchase. 


Within the 48 Contiguous United States including P.O. Boxes

Takai By Angela offers three return options:
(1) free return for Takai By Angela store credit;
(2) free return for a refund in the original form of payment minus a $5.95 restocking fee per item or
(3) free exchange for the same item in a different size (if available).

*Please note that any store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for refund to credit card. Also note that a store credit will be issued if the credit card used to purchase an item is no longer on valid or expired by the time a return is received by us.

For Canada, AK, HI, APO/FPO Addresses, and U.S. Territories

At this time, we cannot provide return shipping labels to orders delivered outside the contiguous United States or to APO / FPO addresses, and recommend using a local shipping carrier. For exchanges, a $11.95 per order shipping and handling fee applies to exchanges sent to addresses in Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping on exchanges to Canada are subject to a $19.95 charge per order, and APO/FPO and U.S. territories changes will be charged $14.95 per order for shipping.

Refund Policy

Please allow 7-14 business days from the return ship date for your return to be processed and credited. Returns for a refund can only be made to the original form of payment minus a $5.95 restocking fee per item. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We are currently unable to process any credit cards that are billed to an address outside of the United States, or Canada.

Gift card purchases are not eligible for refund. Gift card purchases can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
